Laser Kerf will compensate for the loss of material that, if not compensated for, will make the cut model components slightly smaller than the actual design and cutouts slightly larger. In order to cut precise models, laser kerf will adjust one half of laser kerf value outside each component perimeter and one half of laser kerf inside inner cutouts.

The Line Weight setting represents the thickness of the lines in pixels. It is a floating point number which will allow settings from very small for thin lines to very large for thick lines.

This option is available for both DXF and SVG export and will allows a color selection for the lines representing perimeter, cutouts, insets and labels. The Save as Default button will save this setting for all new projects.

While exporting the flat pattern a separte file will be created for each board.

When selected the SVG output file will be scale to 72 ppi. The scale of 72 ppi is an older scale used by Adobe Illustrator. The default of 96 ppi is the modern universal scale used by browsers and most applications.

Matching the scale to the application will insure that the image size matches the original object size in Fusion.

Choose these options to include their properties in the flat panel created.

When enabled the board perimeter sketch loops will be included separate from components to be used by Deepnest as a target container.

Cutouts, Insets and Labels will be excluded since they are not used by Deepnest.
