The map created can be placed places. This is to accomidate the user preferences seting of Z or Y axis up orientation. Matching this setting with your preference setting will result in the map being created in the top view.

Z up

When selected the map will be created on the X,Y plan in the X,-Y quadrant.

Y up

When selected the map will be created on the X,Z plan in the X,-Z quadrant.
